Clinical pilates is suitable for all levels (with some requirement to move to the floor) and focuses on strength balance and body control. This class is pay as you go. Booking is recommended and can be done via text or email.

A course designed for Women. Strength training is now shown to be crucial for women of all ages, and is a fundamental element for well being and longevity, especially in mid and later life. But, it can be tough to get started. This course will give you the confidence to start challenging your body in a safe, guided and supportive environment. Focussing on the basics and honing in on technique of the art strength training.
